Posters have to be in portrait format (Hochformat) and 33,11 inches in
width and 46,81 inches in height (DIN AO).
Poster set up: Sunday March 13, 2005, 14.00 - 18.00 or Monday March 14, 2005,  7.00 - 10.00 am
Adhesive material will be provided.
 

Travel Information
Passport and Visa
Holders of a passport from countries in Western Europe, USA, Canada, Australia and Japan require no visa to enter Germany. Other nationalities should contact the German Embassy in their country or a travel agency for information.

How to reach Würzburg
Würzburg can be conveniently reached by train (the train station is a hub for high-speed ICE trains in the north/south as well as the east/west direction), also from the airports of Frankfurt (1.5 hrs by train directly from the airport to Würzburg) and Nuremberg (1.5 hrs, first by subway to Nuremberg main station and then by train to Würzburg). A little further away but also an option is the airport of Munich.

If you want to take the car beware of the notoriously congested Autobahn A3.
