You will be notified at latest by February 11, 2005 whether your abstract has been accepted. The scientific organizing committee reserves the right to reject abstracts.

payment due before February 02, 2005
-  for regular online registration: March 01, 2005
after March 01, 2005, registration and payment will be possible only directly at the conference.

Please make sure that the delegate's name (matching with the name on the registration form) is given on the bank transfer!

2. Payment by credit card (Visa, Euro/Mastercard only):
After online-registration you will receive a fax form for credit card payment. For your security we do not ask for your credit card numbers via internet.

3. All payments are to be made in EURO (€), free of charges for the beneficiary.

4. The Conference Office regrets that checks cannot be accepted.

5. Confirmation of Registration
Upon online-registration you will receive a confirmation via e-mail. Please bring proof of payment when you register directly at the conference.

6. Cancellation Policy
Should you be unable to attend the conference, a substitute participant is welcome at no extra charge. Please notify the Conference Office of any such substitutions as soon as possible. In case a cancellation reaches us until February 19 we will charge 20 € cancellation fee. Afterwards the full registration fee will be charged. Cancellations must be in written form (e-mail or letter). Registrants are responsible for cancelling their own hotel reservations. The organizers reserve the right to alter the program without prior announcement, if necessary. If an event is cancelled, the organizers are not responsible for airfare, hotel or other costs incurred by registrants.
