From the train station (tram stop "Hauptbahnhof West") it is a 9 minute ride with the street car number 1 or 3 leaving every 10 min.  24-hour-tickets (approx. EUR 4.-) can be purchased in the tourist office (in front of the train station) or from ticket machines at most of the bus and streetcar stations. Please select "Zone 1" tickets at those machines.
